Capstone United Airlines Project
I served as a Business/Data Analyst, and developed a winning prototype for a centralized employee insights application designed to aggregate customer feedback from multiple platforms. The goal of the project was to address fragmented feedback systems by creating a single, streamlined interface that delivers actionable insights to improve customers end-to-end experience. Our solution demonstrated a clear understanding of United's RFP requirements, aligned with their strategic goals, and successfully translated complex, multi-source data into an accessible and scalable front-end prototype. The project was selected as the winning solution based on clarity, accuracy, creativity, and business impact.#TEAMMETIS
The Gift Of Art
My gift to my i.c.stars cycle was art. I curated pieces from a museum that reminded me of my cycle-mates and helped stage a gallery-style presentation. I presented slides, curated a atmosphere, and supported the experience by serving sparkling champagne and snacks.
Community Role
I held hospitality-focused community roles, ensuring guests felt welcome and comfortable. I practiced leadership through care — creating environments where people felt respected and seen.
Tea Host
Tea was one of the most enjoyable parts of the day, and hosting made the experience even more meaningful. It created opportunities for one-on-one conversations with professionals doing impactful work, while also allowing me to practice group speaking more by introducing them to my cohort. Tea hosting reinforced the importance of networking, initiating conversations, and following through. It highlighted that strong professional relationships are built through confidence, preparation, and sustained effort. Meaningful opportunities often begin with small, intentional connections over time.

In my Dream Speech I imagined winning the "Beating the Statistic Award" in 2050. A symbol of surpassing expectations.

Consulting
During my time at i.c.stars, I worked on several consulting projects that strengthened both my technical and business skills. These included designing a website for OneGoal to increase student engagement, creating a website for a church to grow and engage its online community. Each project required applying design, thinking, technical execution, and client-focused communication, contributing significantly to my growth as a well-rounded, adaptable professional.

Each engagement day added value, I loved the days and conversations at Accenture, they were especially meaningful. Speaking with employees there gave me clarity about consulting careers and what success looks like inside a major company or firm.
